Extended and Intensive Options

Ann-Marie offers 4 hour intensive sessions on Friday afternoons for those seeking an extended time for deeper therapeutic work that extends beyond what is possible in a traditional therapy session space.

Focus Friday sessions are customized and individualized and can include experiential activities, outdoor activities, and embodiment work.  Sessions can take place at Ann-Marie's office, online, or at an alternative location such as a park or walking trail.  Fee for a 4 hour session is $800.  

Ann-Marie offers multi-day individual IFS intensive personal retreats that are customized and personalized based on needs.  If interested, please contact her for information and pricing based on your needs.
