Individual Counseling

Ann-Marie provides individual therapy sessions for adults. She is committed to providing a safe and gentle environment for growth and healing.   Sessions are available in person at her office in Plano, Texas and online to those in Texas and Florida. 

The fee for a 55-60 minute individual therapy session is $185.

For those seeking longer sessions, 90-minute and 120-minute options are available, with fees calculated based on the $185/hour rate.

Ann-Marie is considered an out of network provider with insurance companies and will provide you with a receipt to use for reimbursement with your insurance. Fees can be paid with cash, check, credit card, or any HSA or flexible spending cards.
